The Green Centre

For this project, I have researched which product my small-scale factory should manufacture. Upon doing my research I decided that the factory should make products from recycled materials to help the environment, by helping the environment we are helping people as well. It is crucial to think about the people before the building, as they are the ones that are going to benefit from it. I started by searching what is the factor that causes the most pollution in Nottingham, and that is Carbon dioxide.

In Nottingham, carbon dioxide caused more deaths than alcohol and road incidents combined. I have designed a factory that extracts carbon dioxide from the atmosphere having as the final product “clean air” and carbon fibre cloth as bioproduct. The main goal of this project is to help clean Nottingham and promote the different uses of carbon fibre by providing educational spaces as well.
